What we collect
When you ask for an intro call we collect your name, work email, company, whether you want a phone or video call and, for a phone call, your phone number. You can also tell us what you want to fix first and how you found us. If you email us, we keep the email. Your name, work email and company are needed to book, and we ask for a phone number only when you choose a phone call.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs of visits, such as your IP address, browser and the pages you asked for. When you send the form we also keep a scrambled form of your IP address, from which the address itself cannot be recovered, to limit spam. We collect nothing about you from other sources.
Why
To arrange and hold your call, and to reply to you about it. We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for anything unrelated to your enquiry. We send no marketing emails and show no advertising.
Who sees it
Our team. We also use a few services to run the site and the booking: Google Workspace for our email, calendar and Google Meet video calls, Calendly for choosing a time, Supabase to store your enquiry, Resend to email us about it, Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from robots, PostHog to count visits and button clicks, and Vercel to host this site. They handle your details only to provide that service to us. Some of them process data outside Singapore. We may also disclose details where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
If you do not become a client, we delete your enquiry 12 months after our last contact. If you become a client, your details move into your client record and are kept for as long as we work together and as long as the law requires us to keep business records.
Cookies and analytics
We use PostHog (hosted in the EU) to count visits and clicks on “Book an intro call”, and how many people send the form or book a time. It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser, so it cannot follow you from one visit to the next or from site to site. It does not record your screen or what you type, and the counts carry none of the details you give us.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your details. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee it.
Children and other sites
This site is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18. When you choose a time, the booking page is Calendly's, shown inside ours. It collects the details you enter there and has its own privacy policy, as does any site we link to.
Ask us to delete or correct it
Email info@shuddhtech.com from the address you used and say what you want changed or removed. We will reply within 30 days.
Changes and contact
